This is BPO company,and they give the designation is Quality Analyst.i worked in 1year,No pressure,No tension the work place is very enjoyable and TL 's and SME's like a friend's.and the worst part of this office Team Manager . She is saddest and curel thinking lady.she spoiled the brand name of the company,and the management didn't understand the lady.They are spoiled many employee's reason for this lady.

I've been worked here for 1year 4months as a Quality Analyst. I thoroughly enjoyed throughout the year. Best place to explore for freshers. Even they accept arrear candidates. They can offer various positions. Even a 4month experience agent can get a promotion if he performs well. All the Tl's and SME 's were so friendly . No pressure,No issues with HR policies and management. Even the floormanger here calls you as "Dei Thambii'.
Worst office I have ever seen like this.... Try to help employee don't dump all things to employee they are also human being and plz don't try to cheat their salary.... F******* c****** p*****
