Thought the complaint booking process is easy through the Blue Star app, the service is very slow and the agency is unresponsive. We have lost trust. Whether Blue star is a good brand or not, their local dealer's service isn't good. We shouldn't trust only the brand but the agency's service before buying any product in the future.

Worst service.. they keep cancelling the problem tickets even before they solve your problem. Never update you on issues.. the most indifferent service for blue star air conditioner. Lost faith on this service centre. Blue star will lose customers if they have such indifferent service agencies. Good luck blue star.. your post sales service is the worst through Balaji cool tech...
