Good for small functions and narrow passages. Closely in Pondy bazzar commercial area and well connected by city bus services.

Except being located in the center of the city, there is nothing that can be appreciated. Hall acoustics very poor. Rooms scattered across floors. Low capacity lift that cannot accommodate even 4. Poorly maintained rooms. No two wheeler parking and just 4-5 cars parking space adjacent to Mandapam. 1 star just for the location. No staff to address customer issues.

Very centrally located and well maintain ed Only constraint is car parking. However this will be eliminated since the multi level carparking is getting functional which is just opposite to the hall.

Hall seems fine but the rooms are terrible. Unclean bathrooms. Beds full of bugs. Not worth the money for accommodation.

Cramped roads with no space for parking. Its difficult to drive on muhutham days blocking the ways.
