Sri Om Travels is a horrible service provider. They are a cheating company run by one guy called Balan. Dont be fooled into listening to this guy. They will cheat you on money. They threaten people and scare them away. This is the worst travels in the planet. They cheated me of Rs. 1,00,000. I have filed a police FIR against these guys. Beware of them

I booked a car at 3 A.M. and specifically asked for an Indigo. The next morning we find a Hyundai accent car waiting for us. Since we had to reach a function at 8:00 in the morning we never said anything and left in the car. The driver never crossed 60 kmph on the highway where it says 80 kmph. people overtaking us are scolding and still the driver never went in the specified speed. when asked him he says the road condition is very bad and has to go slow. At times the gear did not change.. We reached at 9:00 A.M after the function got over. and the distance we covered in nearly 6 hours was just 266 km. When i called the travels person again, and complained saying that the car is not what i requested and that it is in a bad condition, he argues saying the car is 19 lakh and the most comfortable sedan. He also says that the km charge for this car is higher than Indigo and is thinking whether to charge for it. when returning the driver had to stop the car three times stating that the car got overheated and waited 1/2 an hour every time before starting again. we lost 1 1/2 hour on the return trip. The worst part, the driver tells us that he cannot drive in the dark because he is unable to see properly and that is why he drove slowly when we started. If the driver is not able to see in the dark then why did they send us such a driver. If an accident had happened would they take responsibility for it? Worst travel company and driver.. Never again will i book from this travel.
