This place is located in prime locality with all amenities, and closely located from metro rail, bus stop. It's a brand new property and very secure for ladies. Staying in this hostel is like being at home.

One of my friend is staying in this hostel now and both husband and wife as warden here. We can see any one can be a money minded but here both of the wardens are purely minded persons. Rs. 3500 as Advance amount at the time of ur joining, U have to self cook and stay here, CCTV camera will be available at both cooking places and whenever u go out and inside the hostel u have to sign-in a notebook. when u r not sign while going out or in, they will deduct 10 from ur advance amount Boar water will be supplied for people staying in hostel but for their ppl(warden) home metro water is supplied. Skin allergy is spreading at the same tym for all the ppl whoever staying. Dey won't tell u the restrictions in the hostel while u joining When u have been joined u will came to know everything. Iron box and other electronic items are restricted to use and if u r red-handed with these items, they will fine u 100rp at the moment itself. U shouldn't share food with ur friends, U shouldn't keep ur things in others bed. Fruits are not allowed to kept in Fridge and its on RS.350. 3 keys for every room and 2 keys with roomates then 1 key with lady warden. She vl search the restricted things when no1 s inside the room. Both people are very arrogant and they never mind ur privacy. U have to notice ur vacation before 1 month else they will deduct 2000Rp from your advance. Finally, surity is not there for your advance amount when u vacate the hostel. Don't refer or go to this hostel and money minded cheats.

My frnd stayed in this hostl fr 4 days. I have never scene such a worst owners.very indesent behaviour . money minded. They have rules tat u should nt go to ur frnd room..don't refer to frnds becz its in main road.she have been 7 yes in chennai and in diff hostl BT never scene such worst owners

As like above thing, owner is purely money minded. For everything, owner will fine you. After 10.30 you aren't supposed to cook eventhough if you are login to the hostel after 10.30 pm. Everyone in the hostel should sign in the register else they will deduct 10rp from your advance. Boar water is like drainage water and it causes skin allergy to all peoples staying in hostel. Lady owner will roaming in and around the rooms 3 times per day and she will ring the room bell in sunday's morning not bothering the hostelmates privacy (mainly during sleep).
