I got my first bike yahama fzs v3 in Sri Motors on 15th Jan 2021. Happy with the way they treat the customers. Within 5 days got my bike delivery from the date of purchase.

Please don't take bike from this showroom very poor response once we paid the money. Working staff is very poor response and I have a Bluetooth issue in my bike and they are answering in a cool manner which irritates us. I will go to the consumer court surely. My bike dream was diminished.

#First Free service : I have serviced my brand new Yamaha FZS V3 twice here, very first service after getting my bike. The service is worst and very disappointing as they haven't done proper water service which is the basic one where the mud is as it is. But the bill is high 1600 for my first free service. Also I have mentioned suspension problem where it was not fixed which I have realised after taking into home. #Second free service : This is again disappointing. I have mentioned d same suspension problem where they have fixed this time. However they took 2 days to do the second free service and the bill is 1700. I hve noticed the bikes are being parked in d roadside, it seems space issue as they are taking more vehicles and not able to deliver on time as they have promised.

The hospitality until the sale of bike is good but later it is the worst. I booked 2 bikes and got 1 delivered.i wanted to cancel the other bike that was booked but I had to visit the showroom thrice to get my refund. Everytime I visit either the person approving is not available or cash counter unavailable. None of them mention when they provide the refund and when you ask them to cancel during morning time they ask you to come in the evening as they do not want outward remittance of cash in the morning. In plain words worst service and I had to fight to get the money I paid. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS AFTER SALES!! I am sure the showroom might respond to this review as fake but I have the booking slip and as well as the delivery receipt of my bike that I took delivery of.
