This is a very good place to spend time. Many bengali books are available here. The structure of the mutt is amazing. The ambience is very soothing and motivational.

A very nice place. It is quiet, well maintained, and beautiful place. The book store has nice collection of books on Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna, and Mother Sarada. Worth going if one is in Chennai and need some quiet and peaceful place. I would recommend Vivekananda house and Ramkrishna Math, both places. It also has a very nice meditation room.

It is a nice place to spend time. I had visited this place in 2018 and again today. It seems it is not open for public due to COVID19. [Update] Now open for public. Please check the timings in the photos.

Ramakrishna paramahansa alias brahma entered me on 1st may 1997 after 15 day stay as guest in t nagar monastry ramakrishna paramahansa shows baba symbol in old temple. I was in yogamudra pose in supreme ecstacy as they acted to absorb me into their sanyasa clan ramakrishna gave me the name swami vinayagananda and said I am head of ramakrishna mission with deeksha om namo bhagavate ramakrishnaya and another deeksha of ramakrishna paramahansa. A place for God realisation.
