I started working with Srivarsan in 2015 - since I started by first start up out of college Being a first time entreprneur - I wanted an auditor who I can trust and who can independently take care of our financial affairs with out concerning us - in the initial stages of our relationship everything was fair and square - they treated me well. At later stages - As I stated to trust them - I figured that Srivarsan had many issues in the way he dealt with our account - I run a food business - where Srivarsan Invoiced 6 FSSAI licences Rs12000 each while the actual govt cost of license is only Rs 100 Since 2017 ever ROC and tax filing of our company was done with delay - when asked his team responds saying this is how it is - finally 2019 - IT department sent us a notice saying our share valuation report is signed by a statuatory auditor (auditor) and not an independent auditor - Srivarsan neglected that notice such that now it became an IT Case on our company - when asked to send me details on this - his office or him are not responding I had a very unprofessional and inefficient Customer with Srivarsan and Associates - please don't work with him or his firm.
