Party hall is in first floor, initially he asked for extra money to use lift, but later accepted to provide as part of original package. Party hall contains one room(no lock / no mirror / no wash basin or bath room) and two toilets. It got separating boards to divide hall space for dining and wash area. Pro: 1) cheap. After negotiation I paid 9k 2) easy to locate 3) even though there is no dedicated parking, we can park around 10 cars in the street. Cons: 1) watchmen/manager with zero responsibility, He came up to party hall by himself only to have lunch we served in party and to collect remaining amount; for rest of the time, he was sitting in a nearby tea stall. We had to call him to switch on the A/C, unlock the room, unlock lift entrance door etc. 2) Party hall isn't clean - Lift door to party hall door was filled dirty cloths. Window near wash area was filled with, watchmens soap, toothbrush, cloths etc. 3) Building also has residence, so people who live there park there two wheeler in front of entrance, leaving no space to enter into party hall. Irresponsible Security just said he asked them to clear, but they didn't do. So we had move out locked 2 wheelers (including a bullet) ourself. 4) Though initially they say cleaning charges are included in the package, Manager/Security demands extra money for himself and people who clean. If you plan to book here, vist the party hall few hours before or a day in advance to check if everything is clean. be prepared to arrange everything by yourself.
