The true value if a service can be measured only when you submit a claim. The reception desk were not much helpful, made me navigate across different sections and were more concerned about which agent through which the policy was purchased not sure how relevant this would be. They answered questions but were not proactive in assisting. I suggest that as a customer you need to understand the protocol and equip yourself with the right answers before you go for claim.
