The rooms have no issues. But service is a big issue. There are no maintenance staff. So if you have any concerns, there is no one to address. One of the security guard was extremely rude, and on top of that he demanded tip. They don't speak any other language than tamil. Overall, I would say to avoid this. There are many hotels in the area . You can directly go there and search.
