Excellent service. Staffs are very friendly. I am very pleased with the results from hair straightening keratin treatment. The hair stylist had amazingly transformed my rough and curly hair to a silky and shining long hair. I appreciate the whole team for their care and concern!!

Could give zero stars if I could. Spoilt my mood right before my wedding with their unprofessional service. Burnt my face with waxing. Asked for threading while discussion of pre bridal services package. The manager suggested face waxing and since this place had great reviews and I got fooled by celebrities reviewing this place on Instagram, I agreed for face waxing. And all I got was burns. Regret going to this place. Now I haven’t got my facial and eyebrows done for my wedding and thinking of going to any other parlor for that sake has become a nightmare for me. Can never forgive them for this. So all I could understand is that all positive reviews are only for the hair related services and not for other services like waxing.

Hii! Came for a haircut and absolutely loved your service. The person who cut my hair was really very patient. She cut my hair just the way I wanted and I'm super happy with my hair rn ! And my friends also loved your service. Honestly studio 11 kilpauk is the best in town! ️. And hereafter studio 11 kilpauk is my go to salon! ️. Even though it's a bit far from where I reside I feel it's completely worth it. ️

Has the most amazing time there! All the managers were so sweet repeatedly asking if I need some tee or coffee or anything. Very genuine ! I got haircut , hairspa and pedicure done recently it was so relaxing! Amazing service! Really impressed
