My first time experience at Studio 11 Nanganallur was really awesome. Ms.Shalini (Manager) has a great professionalism and made me feel comfortable from the very first minute. I was little scared regarding waxing but she did it very smoothly. She also gave many good tips for maintaining my hair and skin. Ms. Indra is a very sweet person and she is good at whatever she does. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you :)

I got a hair cut and Keratin treatment done for my hair from the staff Sita. She was patient and explained me the whole procedure calmly as I was not comfortable initially.I was also impressed with the Manager Shalini who made sure to keep regular checks on me if I was ok. The other staff were also pleasant there.I would definitely recommend this place to at least try once.

I recently visited the studio 11 Nanganallur branch and I am very much satisfied with their services. Ms.Haseena is very professional and friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. I did facial pedicure and waxing and my face and feet feels so relaxing- thanks to Haseen for that. Studio 11 has a good ambience and good customer service.

One of the best saloons in chennai for hospitality and the way they treat the customers. All were too good in receiving, helping and providing the best offers they have. Specially, the showroom manager shalini, she was really friendly, made me feel so good and comfortable, suggested easy beauty tips and maintenance which we can do at home naturally. I experienced a special hospitality here. Cozy and feel good! And definitely very special mention to yosadha who did amazingly well on all the beauty services she did to me, waxing, facial, threading. Thanks to the whole team for offering a great experience and I am going to come again for sure!

Awesome.Kudos to Sita for good professional services. Actually no words for my happiness. I was little nervous to give keratin treatment for my hair, which is thin, more baby hairs and easily broken. Sita is a master and gave soul back to my hair. I really thank her and highly recommend her. She done the keratin treatment without any pain, didn't push much hard or put more pressure on treating the hair. I love my hair now. After 15 years, I feel happy about my hair. Great experience with wonderful customer services, friendly people and amazing treatment.
