Bought Panasonic AC from them only to realise that its a very wrong decision. The AC stopped working in a couple of days. Complained and they fixed it saying its because of gas. We didn't know that we are gonna hear this reason for every problem that we were gonna face. We shifted the house and that's the end of AC working properly. We have to call them atleast once per month to say that AC was not working and everytime, its a gas issue. Got fed up and found another AC mechanic who fixed it in a week who said it was due to xx issue thats not even close to gas leak. Two words - Pathetic service!!
