Never deliver as per said appointment. Very casual about appointment timings and do not respect the fact that people have to stay away from work for their delivery and installation. Bottom line... They do not care about customer service or punctuality. Prices also change without explanations. The gentleman who attends the phone is courteous, and the owner seems to care. But service is very poor nevertheless.

Dont gwt the gas cylinders from here. They are the biggest frudsters.. when you take new connection they will be not ask for details, but after returning or closing the connection they wont refund your caution deposit. Even aftwr 10 months i havent recived my deposit money. I had called dem.. dey simply say tomorrow , tomorrow but they wont at all refund. So better try some kther agencies.
