To all the customers who utilize the services of Suyambu systems please be careful. I had a bitter experience my hard disk has been removed. To whomsoever who gives their property/ asset either Desktop or Lap top take picture of the asset/ property including Hard disk and serial number mainly. Because we are not allowed to see what they remove and what they assemble . Finally they put the cover and hand over. Here after kindly check during the opening and take a picture . Then compare while closing the covers. Please be careful. I lost the trust and there is no ethics.

Very worst experience. Cheating business. They will get 80% advance and will not give the product. They show branded product and finally show assembled one. Paid 80% advance 8 months back and still waiting the product. God only knows what they will deliver. And they are not returning back the advance. 100% unsatisfactory

Pathetic service. Got CCTV installed and have been having problems with it. Have given a written complaint called suresh multiple times there is no proper response for service and after 15 days my CCTV system is still down.
