Vikalpa arts and painting classes

Had a awesome time learning at body lab, she is a fantastic instructor, gives you workouts suited to you individually, had really benefitted from the classes, the right place to enroll to up your fitness level, if you are looking to join one, highly recommend it....

If you are just a sapling that needs to flourish into a beautiful plant,the support needs to be strong and that is what one gets from Body lab.Eventhough I began my fitness journey five years ago,I understood about its essence and science only after I had started attending Pilates classes conducted by Shivaranjani ma'am for almost two years.Her classes are outstanding.All I had to do was take a baby step and she just drove me further into loving all about fitness.Thank you so much Ma'am and also a big cheers to our interactive peer group who always make the sessions lively!

I have been in this Pilates class for abt 2 years now. Was highly recommended by my doctor and with good reason. I joined here with a view to improving my general fitness but mainly to control a chronic knee pain that made it impossible to even get up from a chair. It worked amazingly well but that was not the only benefit. It has improved my general immunity and I love the classes bcos of the friendly crowd and the truly, truly passionate trainer, who, I suspect, acres more abt my health than I do:). Thank you, Shiva, for making a chronic lazy bug stick to fitness.

I enrolled at body labs a few months ago. I was looking to regain the fitness that I lost post my second pregnancy . I must admit that Though initially I was a little apprehensive about getting fit again, these last few months of Pilates have made a world of difference . I find my flexibility has improved a lot, thanks to sivaranjani’s Pilates training, that was designed to suit my fitness level . I didn’t find it too strenuous . I must add that the classes were real fun too. Kudos to bodylab!

I have been attending the Pilates classes with Sivaranjani for the past one year and have experienced positive changes in both my mental and physical health. Thr classes are very engaging and help challenge one at the same time. What helps me stay consistent is that varied types of exercises we do, it’s never boring! Also, we are a bunch of likeminded people who were in search of a good instructor who have come together and become friends. If you are looking to start your journey in getting fitter or even if you are someone who is already into fitness and looking to deepen your experience then Bodylab at Annanagar is the place to explore!
