WORST SHOWROOM bad relationship with customer and my rating should help other from these worst dealer ...Helmet is not free for dio but they said we give as free for you during payment ...."noted this helmet is free for me alone during payment " .After full payment completion , they said helmet is not free for dio . After a long fight and hot debate they gave a helmet with disrespect . We received that with more disgusting and we opened up in my home ..it was not like a new helmet .and that helmet glasses are scratched and breaked. It appears like a old helmet and we feeled like it can be from a garbage ...their service is worst . No one can buy a bike if u are a honorable customer.Disrepute dealer .Look at the scratches in new helmet.and it shows their disappointed moment. Please aware from this day thieves.

Svm Honda, Ayapakkam - am serviced the Activa, service cost 10339/-, but value of service very worst, withi two days more problem started. we worst service and cost was very high. Service person also not attending the phone call

TN12 V1491 was give with Complaints. Vehicle service was below standard. Complaints were not attended. Instead they have done general service. They charged Rs 600/- and handed over. Vehicle couldn't even move 500 mtrs , it has ceased with same Complaint. Staff need to be more customer friendly. I have enquired about exchange of the vehicle to purchase new one on 12 Nov 20. Even after repeated approach, I am still awaiting to here from them.
