I will not even rate this company since it is not an organization in other words "Scammers". Management runned by Brainless people. This company will not take your career forward it will just let you down and people there who think they know everything especially so called MD & VP Sam Theodore will give fake promises and suck your efforts. And the best part is Marketing Team Permission required for leave. First there is no process. Process are created according to there convince every 2 months and most of the times it is miss managed. very poor management. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. No hr policies. They have there own policies which is managed by cheapest Accountant. No professional/career growth. Bond for IT freshers and wont leave you after completing the bond. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month.No notice period just like that employees can leave without proper letter given to them.. ( Anyone can write still more but let it be.. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.) Advice to Management Grow up! Stop kidding yourself that you can run a company - Hand over the baton to someone else while there's still time. Have you come across company reviews which are worse? Send them to us, we'll make sure everyone reads about it. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue and earned new projects for you.
