Dr. Ashwin Karuppan is good and experienced - this is the only plus of this clinic. Administration - Horrible experience with the staffs there in the sense of not proper maintanance of time and appointments. Our appointment was third in line, but we were asked to wait for a long time - 1 hour and previous visit-2 hours. People coming later casually went in. We had our appointment at 4:20pm and we went there by 4. But we got a confirmation message of our appointment at only 4:40 pm - that is, after our arrival. Behaviour of staffs was extremely rude and partial to some older known patients. No protocol as to let people inside according to appointments. Very careless behavior and in front of us, they let the people in who are later in line. Hygiene measures - the receptionists and nurses had their masks on their chin in this covid situation. Laboratory test reports aren't shared on time and the date of collection and reporting were all mentioned wrong. If you're not a well known patient, all you can hear all the time is - Wait.. Wait.. Wait.. No explanation.

Dr. Ashwin is one of the God to us. My mother is diabetic and we are visiting periodically Dr. Ashwin from last 1 year. Her sugar level was in range of 450 and now it is in range of 150-200. He treats like a family member, it feels like someone in family is doctor and is ensuring we are well. TMC is a social service for him based on the price he is charging for consultation. He is well renowned doctor in Global Hospitals where standard consultation charges are high. We are lucky that we are getting treated by Dr. Ashwin at TMC. Thank you sir. :-)

Doctor Ashwin is really very good - very patient, attentive and explains everything very clearly. The charges are also very nominal. But the system and administration or lack of them in this clinic is very poor.

Dr.Ashwin is simply great.. my Mother(age 60) health has become stable with the periodic check up we do with him , following his medicines for almost 5 yeras now.. He is humble and taking utmost care for his patients.. Thank you Doctor...

Dr Ashwin is well qualified and super good in his behavior. Lots of patients on weekends so waiting time for checkup will be more. Take prior appointment always.
