Office managing Sashtrinagar area proved incompetent and disrespectful to tax paying senior citizen by not completing stupid simple business request in any reasonable time frame: change residential to commercial tariff because of the new tenant to our place: issue a new card to register consumption/billing; check/ change to new digital meter: infn of any outstanding payments, if any, so I can pay. My driver me have been visiting your guys many times, and provided transport, and yer the simple job is over. Shame on Tangedco. IS THIS THE NEW INDIA YOU WANT TO PROJECT TO ALL, AT TAX PAYERS EXPENSE. JAI HINDI,
