1:I have received multiple messages by email AND sms asking me to pay for a policy after payment was made. I got an SMS confirming receipt of payment at 7:48 am on the 16th of May, 2020. Subsequently I received four payment reminders on sms, and several more by email. I was told it’s a system error. Systems are made by humans. 2:I was also received a service call to explain my policy features TEN days after I handed in my cancellation letter. 3: While trying to change my password on their App, at first Login, I get a message saying User ID should have 8 characters, when I have not selected User ID at all. I wish to retain the User ID already in use.
