Good service.Professional approach. My suggestion, in general , service related work, there will be some negotiation, some argument etc will be there. Hence, it is very necessary to provide separate room with right atmosphere to handle the issues . It is not fair to discuss in office open area. Some area still need to improve, for example, advance intimation to customers about service due and really need to increase man power to improve the service. I hope, they will take my suggestion and update very soon. Regards Swami

Very Pathetic and lethargic service. They are not taking care of the car properly. They damaged our car in the name of service. Poor or very easy going response we received from the team when we asked for a proper explanation for the damages they caused for our new car. They don't know to follow the deadline for the dates they say. Think twice before giving your car to them for service. -—------—------- Got a reply after posting the above review. So thought of editing the review so that other customers will also have a clarity on what's happening here. Gokulam motors just posts an automated reply with some random number mentioned. When we call that number, no one will pick up the call. Then I'm not sure, why you guys are Giving a number.

Complete waste of time. Very bad response from the Body shop team. Visited this place for painting service, the painting quality was poor could see bumps on the panel and due to madness I came back here for general service the next month believing they could rectify the painting issue but post service I saw new scratches on the front bumper. Even after all these issues knowing the customer is unhappy there was follow ups or response regarding the delivery from the body shop executive. Only after the customer reaches the place they will start washing the car. Especially if you are doing free service for your new car. Don’t ever visit this branch. - Worst service quality - Poor customer service - Never expect a timely service here On top of all this you are just going to get mental stress. -

I have taken there their service 5 times now and it has never ended up smoothly, I had to escalate each time to get my job done. Work have a lethargic attitude towards customer and also they will mention you as headache and villian if you escalate the issue. On my 5th service after escalating my issue to all high level management team through email I have recieved a positive experience. They have completed everything I have said. But this should not happen this way, we cannot reach out to management people everytime for our issues. Employee's should follow some basic work ethics for what they are being paid. But I have to thank all the management people who immediately responded and helped me get things done.

Nuts not tighten properly and one nut missing. Bonnet stand stick damaged in service center. Technicians not professional. This is like local workshop. I think local workshop is better than gokulam tata service center.

People are good, responsive but there is something wrong in workload management. I reached by 9.20 AM for my first service, they opened job for my vehicle after 11.15 AM and I come out of the service center after 6 pm after n number of followup. People who come after 11 AM to the service center, they left by 5 pm itself. Almost every customer felt unhappy with the waiting time. It would have been great if they do some worked management. Otherwise, I would rate 5 When I visit next time, I ensure to block block entire day and carry food, coffee and snacks.

Nice attitude to customer. Other than the basic infrastructure like guest waiting arrangement, dusty entrance focus is on service. This is a small srrvice centre and hope it develops
