A nice place to chill and have food before a flight. My visit is quite dated (2018 November) so can't comment on current status of the lounge. Back then food was good although the seating arrangements may not be very good for all people. The views are good as well. With one of the high chair tables, you get an almost unobstructed and pedestal high view of the tarmac. Good for avgeeks to spend time here before a flight.

Nice complementary meal. Used my HDFC Regalia Business Credit Card for free access to the lounge. Not so crowded.

Poor service and no resolution to customer grevience. Hdfc Infinia card has unlimited lounge access for primary & add on card holders. The counter staff denied access to add on card holder citing she cant process it in 2 hrs. This is the plight with super premium cards..wonder wat will be for others..:( .

Had a good service yesterday in chennai Domestic airport when I was traveling to Kolkata. Awesome service provided by Ms. Lavanya & Mr. Vivek who were very kind and humble to serve to the customers. Now open partially after many months due to the pandemic. One can enter after authentication but packed meals are only served now. Tetra pack juice is also given. One should not miss the filter coffee.

Not so crowded! Good food options. Food quality and service can improve (in comparison with Bangalore Airport lounge) .
