Don't attract customer with your advertisment in olx.. I saw ad in olx. Last week i went to chennai computer to purchase keyboard at that time I saw one customer fighting saying brand new cpu. . Purchase 2 month now cpu not turning on. I saw them fighting then I decided to buy dell keyboard which is box packed and sealed one then i decided to buy with bill of 490/- Within 2 days not working. Bill clearly mentioned warranty should be claims direct services center only Then I went to service center at nungambakkam they clearly said we cannot claim bill.. they said Keybaord is Not original ..again i tried then I realised that they have given duplicate keyboard .. please be carefull buying any computer items here . When u purchased brand new in the name of duplicate item . Don't go here they selling faulty products.. Later u will feel the pain All are used one and refurbished only faulty
