Why do they have entrance at the back side!? And they just make you run for your claim money . Private insurance companies are much better, when it comes to ease of doing business. Go for HDFC Ergo.

Worst customer service....if you reach out through phone call , mid of the conversation they will disconnect your call without proper intimation...you have to run behind them for your insurance money claim. They are feel like , The claim money is their part of salary.

One of the worst companies to put insurance into. They are making me run from pillar to post to get my claim money nd it's taking more than 2 months for them to give the claim money. Have to follow up with them on daily basis for the money.
