First dilation will take 1 hr from when you have reached hospital. Till then they will create customer record. The appointment section is the worst. She will always be on phone you will have to wait for 10 mins there just to know whether you are at the correct place. For a new patient it will be a nightmare before you know that you will ever be treated . Only if you have the most patience then come here else go to Agarwal
