Connection is very unreliable. Not suitable for wfh. Service and responsiveness is very poor. Unlike other providers they don't even confirm with you if the issue is resolved. Local operators are even worse and money minded. Once they receive the money for activation they won't bother further if you have any issues. Waste of money esp activation charge is Rs 500. Update: I'm continuously having issues everyday, connection is totally unreliable. Raising my 3rd complaint for third straight day

They having good plans and they are cost efficient but the speed is not up to the mark. Customer support and service is not good I using this for 5 years but at first the speed is good but now I’m facing so many issues irregular connect not a consistent internet connection.

Using from past three months. Speed consistency is very good. But the bad thing is charged 3300 for initial setup to lane the fibre cable for 100 meters

Using it for a month, no issues so far. Internet speed is awesome, opted for 100mbs plan for 780 when i checked the speed it's usually shows 98 to 100 always. But in my area they charged 4k for initial setup, not sure why this is the case but overall satisfied. Happy customer.

Very poor Service frequent disconnection 150 mbps plan but recorded and tested speed only till 50 mbps When asked technical support they are showing ethernet supports only till 100 mbps Idiots in all NIC card default speed is 100 mbps and have no connection to incoming speed in line They have placed baffoons in the technical amd service division. 200% inferior to act broadband

For the first month it was working as expected. Since last 3 weeks it's not working properly, frequent disconnection and slow internet speed. Customer service is such a terrible thing in the world. Never expect any response from these people. So better try some other service. Don't opt for TIC Fibre.
