I gave a bad review of them on just dail and the owner is calling and threatening me.(this is not the first time) Pls check the review of sheetal dash that is my other account he asked me to take that revieq down too and then blamed it on me that their staff tried to contact me and visit my house. I have cctv footage, security logs and my call lag prooving that they didn't. They burned a 3000rs kurti and gave a 500 rs compensation At the very beginning their staff made fun of me because i have a north indian name. They didnt return a denim shirt of mine(recently). They took my clothes for 1 week and gave lame excuse they cannot service us because dog hair is their from past 8 month they didnt have a problem now they do because i scolded them about delayed delivery. I am not going to take abuse from a man who doesnt know basics of business.

This service was excellent and professional even though our house is a bit far from their area coverage the delivery person made the pickup and drop hassle free.Glad there is a good laundry place near urappakkam.

I have been calling them since last 2 weeks... Totally irresponsible. They never sent anyone to pick up the clothes.. atleast inform that you cant pick up... Each time they tell rhat they are sending people and never send anyone... That lady who picks the phone is the worst... Once she started laughing when i told my name. What on earth is so funny!! Disgusting people.. dont take their service

Worst service. I had given new uniforms but the returned dress looks as if it's 1 year old but dress was used for only 4 times. Before giving any white dress pls be careful. I will never use this anymore.
