Please stay away from this shop. GST frauds. Person name Anjali is fraud sales executive. There is no computerised or manual bills without GST. All are second hand items. Totally waste of Money.

Very bad customer service. Lackadaisical attitude by the staff. No one showing any interest. Had plans to purchase ceramic basins and multiple accessories. Dropped them all. And lots of display pieces are just for display. None of them are available to purchase it seems.

All the jhonson sanitary ware are damaged and used pieces, we bought a jhonson wash basin HURON model week back, and we got it delivered cracked And covered with sticker , we demanded replacement But were denied , we left the jhonson wash basin at their store after paying for it , its sheer display of arrogance , one more customer got cheated by them ,

Not that satisfied. We bought "Orinda"wooden flooring tiles from tile house vadapalani.. They told us it is RAK ceramics group but RAK ceramics is just a partner as per Orindas website which we found out later..... Secondly, there were lots of tiles on which there was bad printing which led us to discard and waste them...they were nothing like sample which was shown to us....also, the top of the tiles there were checks like stains probably because the tiles were packed without drying properly, so the bottom of one tile made a pattern on the top of the tile below it.... We thought thats just the packing dirt and once we wile the tiles, they will go but they are still there and now we can't do anything about that..... Hence, please buy only known company products like Johnson from them, do not buy any other lesser known brands like orinda from them....but due to this experience we don't think we will buy again from them
