One of the worst CRM softwares in the market, they do not keep their promise, their understanding of customer requirement is very limited and based on their limited understanding they will give a substandard customized product and if you complain they will rudely say we have given you what you asked for. Their prices are cheaper and so is their product. REFRAIN from buying Rsoft

At the time of buying the product I had clearly mentioned that if for whatever reasons we do not like the product and inform you within 90 days we would want a refund, promise was made, in writing..........product was delivered, didn't solve our purpose, we didn't like it, on asking for refund we were told that Rsoft has delivered what was asked so cannot refund. Not a huge amount and we were reasonable to ask for a 50% refund only. Cannot trust a company that cannot keep its promises.
About Rsoft and team - We approached them with a short deadline for CRM module and they very well understood our requirements and bounced back with a demo version that was tailor made to fit in our system in a jiffy. The entire team was giving us a swift response for changes and suggestions that we put forward and a very smooth implementation from their side. Kudos to the entire team!!!!!
We are using Rsoft for more than 2 years.Service they provide is very good & timely support .Thanks for the wonderful support .
This office is located near bypass road in between Poonamallee and Nemilicherry. Its a gated community residential area. This office is located above an individual house inside the gated community. There are no hotel or fast food nearby to have lunch. There is no bus stop nearby and no share auto for daily transport. Employees can reach the area by their own transport. Office is very strict on the rules. Staff strength is less than 10.

We have got our company automated with the RSoft CRM and Mobile App... These guys are always ready to help and delivered a good system to run our daily show in a world class level. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to get the best use of technology from RSoft :)
