One of the living Monuments of Chennai, Tamilnadu. The Tree sapling was done by the former Honourable Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Dr.MG Ramachandran famously called as MGR in the year 1987 Jan 19th. I used see this from my childhood and even today with my children. let's all do sapling and keep the Globe Green.
