Customer service is good, They will attend the customer very politely but when coming to work bike Mechanics won't do their work properly even the water wash also not done properly. You have to visit the service centre multiple times to resolve your problems.

No proper response Bike just waterwashed and returned with a Bill of 1870 Being the specialist of TVS, they are unable to figure out the issue in a 1.5years old NTORQ. Which displays their efficiency and expertise. 3 days of waiting to identify the fault in the vehicle and took another day to fix the issue, whereas a local mechanic was able to identify the issue within 30mins. Such a bad experience giving service here. Really do not appreciate.

Took my TVS APACHE RR310 BS4 model for 3rd service(free service, but bill amount was very high), Very poor handling of my bike. They do not have mechanic with knowledge about the RR310 model, they only have knowledge about small bikes like tvs XL or scooty pept , staff is not trained properly to handle flagship model and sports bike like RR310 , very poor quality service, highly disappointed with your service DHIRAA TVS. I suggest upcoming RR310 customers not to take your bike here for service, they dont even wash the vehicle properly i have proof photos, they dont even allow me to see the vehicle near while doing the service. I regret very much for buying the bike in DHIRAA TVS.

Recently I was done my first service for RR310 . The service was not as expected very worst experience Worst water wash ever seen They was not treating the bike as an flagship bike . they looking the bike like tvs xl . Technology knowledge was worst still my bike was showing service due (TVS HAS TO GIVE SOME TRAINING) Not even setting the next due date they just simply telling that come after 5k km Annoying and irritating noise from chian . Gear shifter was hard Not even checking before it deliver everything is working fine or not . At last worst cheap polish RATINGS Experience - 3 Service -3.5 Technology - 0 Problem solving -3.5 Service person - 4

This is the worst service experience I have ever faced in my life. I have the latest flagship RR310 and these service people have zero knowledge on the subject. They have just opened the ecu and my bike is just sitting in the service centre for past 5 days. They have zero updates on what is going on. You have to follow up with them , they won't do that. Getting confused as to who is the customer here. I suggest whoever reading this never buy anything from dhiraa motors. Absolute pathetic sales and service team ever from TVS. If I can I'll give negative rating. Edit : Got good response from the Service Manager after complaint and raising a review of the service. He called and spoke with me for 20 mins only after which I got confidence that I will get my bike back in good condition and just like he promised he took personal care of the service and returned my bike in good condition. Improving the star rating from 1 to 3 only for his service and support.

Mechanic made the chain very loose and gave explanation that it will be like that only. Had to give the bike to test ride to the mechanic to realise. Problems we mention at the time of drop won't be even looked at. Just water wash. Don't even know whether they have changed the oil. Terrible service.
