Very unprofessional courier service. Doesn't respond on time. No clear communication. These guys have absolutely no clue on whether they can ship or not. True to a salesman, in the first call, they say they will do everything that you ask for. On the day of actual services, the guys will stop responding and will give you 1000 excuses after 10,000 calls. Would suggest never to use this courier service. Pathetic.

If I could give lower than 1 rating, I would give that. One of the worst courier companies I have ever encountered. Will be kept on hold forever. Every time a different person answers and you get a different response. Finally it goes to MD and that person is totally clueless. Makes me wonder how this company even survived till now.
This is by far the most prompt courier service i have seen when it comes to shipment of medicines from india. The best part is you just need to have a prescription and they take care of both purchasing and shipping for you. Communicating with them is pretty easy since it is a dedicated wattsapp number you can text and call whenever you have a question. Their paper work is accurate so your shipment reaches pretty easily in optimal time.
I ordered medicines for my in law through them. The customer representative was very responsive and took excellent notes of what I wanted. When the specific medicines I required were not available he made suggestions for alternatives with photos and when that was not what I wanted he followed up and got the exact medicine and manufacturer I wanted. He also kept a good line of communication on timelines and was prompt in posting the medicines with the prescription that allowed no hassle direct delivery without needing to go to customs. Perfect courier. Will use again anytime and highly recommend.
Very disappointing.Rajeshwari attended us ,she booked my cargo to Australia.inspite of asking how the packing and sharing list of items we were planning to send.This female was very careless and and lack of awareness has resulted in loss of 15k.lot of tensions.stronly not recommend the service.Irresponsible answers
