Model houses, double and triple bedrooms. Promised for delivery by 2023 but might get it sooner by 2022 March. May get delay due to Pandemic situation. If you are trying to get a new apartment for investment or for your own, you can give it a try. Hall is questionable in space?!!

When u visit the site they make false promise(mr sunil kumar) once they collect the advance money that's all,whatever the reason they won't return the money. I lost my 20000 rupees due to this sunil Kumar. Beware of this group read all documents before u decide to pay advance .Don't believe verbal promises

I liked the construction quality and the staffs are very friendly and polite, they take you through the entire project and its amenities that makes you understand where your money is going into. A great combination of location and decent price. All working class people who are looking for a dream home near to their work location, this is a good project to consider. You can buy great homes at budget friendly rates.
