Studied in Vanavani from LKG to 10th (2005). Loved the school, teachers & above All the environment. The fees were nominal too. Admission to outsiders mightbe difficult. Would definitely recommend the school as one of Chennai's Pleasant & Peaceful school.

The school is so greenish, spacious , calm and beautiful. The teachers are very kind and friendly. My brother studied in this school and he loved this school One notable alumni of this school is Sundar pichai - CEO of Google

Nice campus with green cover on the travel on either side. Still today I don't have any bad opinion about North Indians, but today while frisking for competitive exam the rough and rude behaviour of the North Indian security really made me angry. Being a security under Central govt doesn't make the supreme Commander. Felt Very sorry to say this, but really worried about that. Regarding management of ewastes like are all segregated in a good manner. But found dried leaves lying around on either sides of the road. Better management for fertilizer may help.

A good school for students to cope up with studies ... But they should improve coaching classes for higher classes. Good infrastructure. Good playing ground.

Very nostalgic to say the least.i studied here from 95-99 from my 4th std till 8th.words can't depict the how it were there those days.only ppl from my time knew feel the vibe of it. Cricket with with palm tree barks and seed, hide and seek inside the forest(all near the KG area opposite to main gate),saving money and buying pepsi(the long stick type 50paise and big one 1 rupee) in shopping center, the battery operated buses from main gate for 75paise ticket. But I go either by walking or taking a lift. The sports days in the stadium.oppsite to the main gate we used wait for our van to pick up( the old matador van).It's been twenty years since then I don't know now but back then vanavani had the old charm that classic look wooden benches cement floors, big banyan trees inside main school and sports ground. We used to jump fences of the ground during lunch time to nearby houses to watch India matches.climb water tank.i have only very faint memories since it's been so long it was a stone age compared to today.Madhu, Karthik (rose),Jeya Vijaya sarathy,Meenakshi,shanthanu,Srinivasan,seema, Solomon are the only names I remember and a couple of class group photo's it's all I have of vanavani.since it was very young age couldn't remember or be in touch ( no phones landline itself is a luxury)hope Google does this too of finding atleast one of them. Thanks.
