My Kia Carnival Limousine was Serviced by Vasmo- Ceramic Pro..Really Royal..!! So given my Kia Sonet too for the Ceramic Coating..!! Good hospitality, ambiance & Perfect explanations given about the Ceramic Coatings..!! Happy to recommend for any Cars & Bikes for a Royal look & Safety..!!

Yesterday evening I visited this branch for enquiry. I own DZire new model & planned to do ceramic coating, so planned to get quote from them. I was on my way from office to home with bike. So I had helmet in my hand. Once I entered, the service professional said "Manager is there , he ll talk about details and services". Manager was attending some other customer. So I went near him but I should not interrupt their conversation, so I didn't ask him anything & waited. I was standing there itself . Manager saw me & didn't even ask "what do you want or you can take the seat or else atleast wait for sometime like that". He was busy with the other customer. Waited for 3 minutes, didn't get any response from him. So, I felt customer response itself like this, so felt bad and leaved the showroom. Every customer should treat equally. Even if they coming in bike, might be just for an enquiry. The next day he might bring BMW or Audi...Respect each & every customer.
