These people are fraudsters. My house work was delayed and still incomplete almost 9 months from the agreed date of handover despite paying all payments on time and the work was not upto the quality or design given by me. Had to hire another person to fix it. I had to rent another house for a year because of the delay and substandard work done by them. I thought i was the only person to get affected and later came to know that there are more than 15 people in my apartment complex who were affected by these fraudsters. Not even one work in my apartment complex was finished on time or in good quality. People who got their work completed after much delay and running behind these guys, are regretting it because of the quality of work. So anyone whose going to these people beware. You will regret it later
