If I have any option for zero, surely I would have opted zero. Very poor knowledge about the digital door locks and poor customer service. Even if they dont know anything about the features of digital door locks atleast they should have desire to get the information from the technical team and communicate to the customers. That attitude as well not there. Very poor attitude. Whatever I asked they said, " all in the Yale Application". Then what for they are sitting there. How can we buy Rs50000 hardware without understanding the features from the sales man. My experience at Vijaya Hardwares was regretful, as I was desperate to purchase YDM7116CG digital door lock.
