The post office infrastructure is very poor. But I think it is enough. Staffs are answering our queries and making us clear. It's working hours are flexible.

I don't know what is the counter time here. Because the current SPM closes counter at one p.m. H e goes to lunch at one p.m. and come back by two p.m. only. Very poor service and not at all customer friendly.

I went to this post office at around 3pm to post my marriage invitation. The officer was not responding properly.Even i had an interest to open saving account, but he told its closing time come later. Very bad. They should atleast work for what they are getting paid.
