Very worst service in Vishak Bajaj. They are only doing water wash. Problem not solved. Also they are asking our mobile to update service feedback. How they can ask customer mobiles? Indecently handling customers. Please don't go here for service. I can give rating as below 0. But unfortunately no option for that. So I'm giving 1. Completely dissatisfied with their service. Waste of money. Waste of time. After service I go back to my personal mechanic to solve the issue. I'm strongly suggest not to go for free service or paid service.

Please don't give your bike here for service. After giving my bike for service even after 2 days it's still untouched! No proper communication at all.

It's common for all authorised service center. Labor costs are toooo high. for general service 700 don't what that it is for. For footrest change spare 170 labor 80 rs for indicator change spare 180 labour 80. For oil change oil 420 labor 150. Likewise they charge 1800 as labor for small small works. Spare amount 2500 for this labour is 1800. That's why people fear for authorised service center. If a person spending 4000 - 5000 for general service spare for every year what will be the cost of vehicle. When I ask why lobor is too costly Bajaj company for all the spares they have separate labor charges and which is mandatory. Hereafter never will approach authorised Bajaj service center.

Had a very bad experience with the showroom people. They have all models but wont give you test ride. You need to buy the bike without test riding it.

Most of them posted it .it’s a worst service centre I have ever seen please don’t give your bike they will don’t do nothing and take so much time . Worst service centre ever .if you give your bike lost of so much money and time. Irresponsible peoples and no responses.

Vishak Bajaj is the worst showroom among the Bajaj Showrooms. It is situated in Arcot Road near Big Bazaar. Showroom people doesn't even know the specifications of the bike properly. They denied a test ride stating Covid as a reason ( that too in Jan 2021 when all showrooms are providing test rides). Customer service is really poor. I don't recommend anyone to visit this showroom.

Worst service. I sent my bike many complaints but my complaint not resolve. You to sent bike on this service center is Waste of time and waste of money
