Vizza Broking are money minded persons, giving false information and getting fresh policies, so direct purchase discount are not available. Horror behavior, Worst Employees, Poor Response. As a Customer i suggest don't purchase a fresh / Renewal of both Health & Life Insurance Policies. you will be get into trouble. For your reference herewith i have attached the Vizza Broking Services Address. Don't get into trouble by having transactions with Vizza Broking Insurance.

Poor customer service. They are not answering the calls. They are not responding to queries. They will respond only until they sell the policies. They make fake promises for selling polies. Don't fall into these prey. Also. The customer service senior person doesn't care when I complaint it. Go directly to policy companies. These guys won't treat you with due respect. Will give 0 start

It's a scam. Don't go with other reviews. They have an office which is run by uneducated and unprofessional people. Even if their employees don't work properly, the customer will have to pay the fine or extra amount for everything and moreover they get it deducted from customer's account without even notifying. Be aware, it's a fraudulent company.

I raised my complaints on 17.2.2021 by email to them, till now my issues are not solved from company side & also I didn't receive any reply email.. Go directly to policy companies. These guys won't treat you with due respect. Worst customer services.. I am waiting for your kind reply.. I want to be cancel My policy, and you request & confirmation by email to hdfc life insurance at soon. Will give 0 star, pls reply..
