Very poor customer support. When operator directs to contact VK Digital the IVRS plays only music. No customer executive comes to help. The customer manager should be pulled by Management r address the customer care departments problems. If it continues we have approach the concerned to cancel the licence for VK Digital Net Work.

They have huge list of channels but the caveat is to be prepared without signal (just blue wcreen) for at least 7 days a month. Don't even bother calling the customer support/technician, even if you talk to a wall it might talk to you out of sympathy but these people won't. If you're still optimistic and want to contact them for help they will say that "we will send a technician soon" which never materialises. Take it from a guy who has used Tikona broadband too, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Pathetic company. Cable operator simply disconnects the service and comes and asks another 600 Rs. Rougue behavior.
