Vodafone very very poor service. Select any amount for recharge, it shows validity 0 days or NA. Why like this? Why cant they mention the validity period. Vodafone wants only money from customer? Other net works give clear details and easy recharge procedures. Vodafone can check Airtel (i am not favoring any, but i found easier) recharge procedure.

After we paid in online also they are calling & sending the message as unpaid with balance amount. The vice given number is also switched off. Is there any rating below zero so that I can rate it as -5

completely pissed off with the service. made me to visit the store (porur chennai) thrice but still the job (sim replacement) is not done. highly irritated. time to change all my vodafone connection to other network
Vodafone became worst service provider and bad customer care people. They dont suggest best plan when customer asked but put them in trouble with their own money minded packs .When asked they give blame excuses and again dont help the customer. Thats why vodafone dip in profit . let it fall
Poor customer response, despite of language opted as English customer care executives were found talking in vernaculars and after 20 mins of call as well the problem hasn't been solved. The customer Executives Sujitha and Shenbagaraj were the point of contact. Didn't expect this from an Internationally recognized ISP.
Very worst service... Even 2g will work better other services providers.. Vodafone 3g works very very slow its worst data provider... I hate this Vodafone site... Zero rating...
