Expensive service, though VW is a high quality car the service centre goof it up. Took my polo for a rat bite on two wires which connect the sensors of the engine. Which caused warning lights to glow. I expected and labour and wire replacement of around 2000. But was first informed it 5800 after a lot of bargain brought it to 5200 which includes 2400 labour and the balance for parts. Which is actually ridiculous. The labour work was only to cut the old wire connect the new wire with connectors on the other end already. Also had only 2 connectors replaced but my bill had 3 pcs mentioned which was later realised. Please check parts and always question on what parts are used and is possible to show it in detail and get the old faulty parts as well. When the ambattur dealer and service centre where with abrar it was far better after having taken over by KUN has become pathetic.

This is the most unreliable car service I have ever used.they have approached me for the yearly service and only when they keep on pinging me I have accepted to give my car for the service and I have attached pics of what they have done to my car and they have lid hide their mistakes and delivered my car. Their customer service is much irresponsible and they are blaming me for not checking my car at the time of delivery. I would recommend the senior officials to take action on this. To me, I would not recommend anyone for service here and if you do so then your car is at your own risk. They are running a scam service publicly in Chennai. Is this how you respond to customers who are raising a complaint against your services......I'm not even willing to give a single star for your reckless services. Thank You

Service is from Kun. Abra motors service used to be good. And experience here is not the same as that of KUN Hyundai. Got my polo serviced here. Would rate my experience as average.
i was very much disappointed with this Kun vw ambattur center they are not giving value for the free warranty service vehicle it was not properly washed and cleaned up for free service also they are charging for something called cc consumables & AC disinfection which is not giving any type of benefit for the customer side and mainly they are not handing the customer interior installation with care , after damaging it they are not giving proper respond . so pls remove all ur thing before u check INN the vehicle
