I gave my TSI for service here. Service was done very good and fast. Workshop activity was also finished just within 3 days. The vehicle wash was so clean and shiny in both exterior and interior. I'm fully satisfied with the way they serviced the car and treat customers.
Buying a car is easy but maintenance and a getting a good Service Place is difficult.This place have mitigated that aspect. Mr.Kamal,the Service Manager gives personal care like how I give to my car.U would feel that car is in better hands and u ll get a better version of your car after their services.Keep up the good work team.

Very disappointed with Volkswagen. In 65000 km auto gear was not working, faulty gear control unit. Instead if replacing it at their cost, due to malfunction they made us pay for it . Took them months to finally do the work and get the part from Germany. Ramesh the manager was most unhelpful, whereas Raj Kamal an associate was quite helpful. Never buy a Volkswagen product again. Had the same issue with my Mahindra Scorpio was replaced by company free of cost. So when I bought another vehicle I promptly bought another Scorpio. Not going to happen with Volkswagen, very disappointed with the VW brand, a total let down
Recently, Purchased VW polo(TL) through OMR delear under the guidance of VW OMR dealer staff Mr.Hariprasad.Further,he has supported lot during each stage of purchase and up to safe delivery of the car. He is very polite and customer friendly also clarified all my quires related to the car in good manner even during late night through whatsapp.I felt that he is more sound in technical and helping to the customer by explaining in easy way to understand the technical matters related to the car.
