Charges for everything.. ..For delivery, installation, etc..... .I had ever heared rs 2000 charges for installation. ...In the market even if we buy a electronic product for 5000 free installation and free service till warranty period. ...But SP copier is different.. ..They will ask money even for installation... ..Very very good customer support. ......Till payment only.. ..After that they will kick you out. ...
