This is the largest skoda showroom in chennai. It also has a skoda service centre within. The new cars that are transported are parked in the open godown for delivery to the customer. Testdrive is available. All model including octavia, rapid, fabia are on display.

One of the most hopeless service centre in Tamilnadu. When a customer comes in they don't even have the courtesy to make you sit or to ask for what we have visited the service centre. Right from the receptionist till the service manager. Hopeless employees all around spamming customers with the Brand title as skoda employees. My car had an issue and non of them bothered to attend to my call and they made me stand like a beggar for nearly an hour. But when we got the car it was a different story. They has some best convincing officers to sell their cars. But when it comes to service u have to convince them and beg them or keep pleading them to come and attend your vehicle inspite of an appointment... Do they know the meaning of appointment? And my service manager was this guy who u see in the picture. Just look at his lathogic posture. His name is gugan. One of the most irritating guy you find in this service centre who claims to be the best service manager but his service rendered towards us was zero and another customer near me was a sugar patient who hadn't has his food and waiting for an hour for just a bill... What are u guys doing? Which idiot employed you. U aren't even worth working as a mechanic. Seems to me like a lorry driver given a position in skoda as service manager since he knows all the mechanic things. Just wishing that a company owned service centre would emerge in India. Anywhere in India! I wouldn't mind driving there to get my car serviced

Recently I booked Rapid giving booking amount Rs.10000 during the month end with attractive discounts. After the month end they increased the price of Rs. 1.2 Lakh and they are asking me to pay that amount. After heavy arguments I had cancelled the booking but suddenly they are informing there is a cancellation charges of Rs.5000 . I had really shocked that these guys are looting money from the customers doing nothing. If there is a positive review with this dealership please don't believe as it will be a paid review. In beginning itself they showed the real face, if i bought the car and came for service they will bill more money. Please don't go for skoda.

I’ve had the most horrible experience . Those good reviews written by their staff or friends I guess bcoz this location not worth for good reviews ..if that guru dev motors knows wts the meaning of customer relationship manager??? I don’t want to mention his name right here And this location totally money minded people they don’t care about thr customers.Horrible over all experience avoid this place unless you want a nightmare. It’s lie after lie and horrible customer service. actually I wanna give zero star only but ......Do you guys like to buy skoda cars means there is lots of other dealers are there ..

I went there to replace front glass. They did a lousy job. They stapled the cloth from car roof. They didn't even fix the mirror infront of driver seat. Pathetic service no respect for customer. Car was not even cleaned after replacing the glass.

Great! Bought my car from over here. The sales representatives are great but tend to exaggerate. The service quality was awesome. Way better than what i was expecting. Would recommend to anyone.
