சித்திர சத்திரம் Art Gallery is at South Mada Street of Mylapore Kapaleeswarar Temple. This was established by Sri வள்ளல் வியாசர்பாடி Vinayaga முதலியார் during mid 19th century. Previously the gallery was full of dolls of believed happenings to souls after life. Now Idols and Paintings of Gods have been displayed. The authorities distribute free food during Sri Kapaleeswarar temple festivals.
