Varieties of electrical appliances sold. Indoor customer service is excellent and professional but only let me down was their sub contractor totally unprofessional. Bought a water heater and next day installation at my parents' house, the subcon was late and never informed until called them. Came and they were just merely installed the water heater and did not redo the wiring and didn't even check the plug which was broken! This was found out when my parents complaint it was not working and they didn't check their lousy job worth RM80 for dismantling and just screw on job.

Unsatisfied.This was my experience with Cima Lighting’s service team.Installing was fine but the workers attitude was very rude and impolite.I don’t know what happened to him when I ask a question he won’t reply and just stares at me and forget about the question so it was a really bad customer service.Really disappointed!
